This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our products and services.

Terms of Sale

We are committed to making your total experience a positive one. Upon receipt of your order we will ship product to you via ground delivery services such as Federal Express, UPS or the US Mail. If there is any delay in processing your order we will attempt to contact you with an explanation. Upon your receipt of our product, you are responsible for inspecting the delivery. If a shipping box appears damaged please reject the shipment so we may settle any damages with our shipper. Notify us via email that the product was rejected for delivery and provide an explanation of the reasons. Send your email to help@mastertonic.com

If you are not satisfied with our product(s) please return it within 30 days (postage paid) with a detailed explanation of why you are returning the product(s). We will review your situation and, if appropriate, provide a refund of the product purchase price less a shipping charge of $5 per bottle. Please include your name, address, email address and telephone number together with a copy of the original receipt.

We use PayPal.com and Google CheckOut for online payment transactions. In order to process your order, billing information, such as a credit card number, and your contact details will be requested by PayPal who will forward your order details to us. You will also have an option to pay by means other than a credit card. As a security precaution, we do not store or collect your credit card information. By the act of not having your credit card on file, your credit card information is kept secure.

Our payment processor (PayPal) uses SSL encryption using a security certificate to protect sensitive information online. We take several precautions to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information has restricted access.
